Shipping Information

We strongly believe in being reasonable and fair with shipping charges. To date, we have simple flat rate shipping of $6.95 for orders under $75, and order total over $75 is free for standard U.S. shipping (applies to single address shipping per order. Additional shipping charges may apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories for large items - we will notify you prior to shipping.).  International shipping is available and based on package weight.  Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Shipping tracking information is available for every order, both domestic and international.

We normally ship without a signature required unless specified by the customer is order notes.

Return and Exchange Policies

If you decide to return an item, please email with your written request within (14) fourteen business days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). A RAN is valid for (10) ten days and the item must be returned within the ten day period. Customers are required to pay return shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee and original ship to charges will be deducted from your refund. If you return an item that has not been issued a RAN, is after return deadlines, or the item has been used or otherwise poor/damaged condition (Tags must be ENTACT), SKY IRIS will not issue you a refund for the product’s cost. Please note that your customers are required to return merchandise directly through retailers. SKY IRIS collection wholesale will not process any consumer returns.

Sale and Clearance Items

All clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Shipping of items that are ordered at the same time may not be packaged together. You will receive individual package tracking for each package shipped.

Please inspect merchandise for any damages that might have occurred during shipping. It is very important to inspect and note any damages upon delivery receipt. Any damage must be recorded on the receipt by the delivery driver otherwise SKY IRIS nor the delivery company will be held liable. Damage not noted on delivery receipt will be determined to be customer damage, and not warranted. You must notify SKY IRIS concerning any visible defects or variances to order details within (4) days or any warranties will not be issued with the manufacturer..

Backorders - In case a product is backordered, we will notify you right away with an estimated ship date. You have the option to cancel a backordered item, if it has not already shipped, by either email at or by phone at 231.330.7540.
