Shipping and Returns Information - Shopping with Sky Iris
We strongly believe in being reasonable and fair with shipping charges. To date, we have simple flat rate shipping of $6.95 for orders under $75, and everything else is free for standard U.S. shipping (applies to single address shipping per order. Additional shipping charges may apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories for large items - we will notify you prior to shipping.). International shipping is available and based on package weight. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Shipping tracking information is available for every order, both domestic and international.
We normally ship without a signature required unless specified by the customer is order notes.
Return and Exchange Policies
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return unused and unwashed merchandise in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange or store credit within 21 days of item receipt. Note - Tags must be intact in order to be accepted as a return. Actual original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. This also applies to items that were shipped to you with “Free Shipping” promotions. We will deduct shipping costs from your total refund amount. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom and made-to-order items. You must contact SKY IRIS at firstname.lastname@example.org with a written request for return approval prior to shipment.
If you decide to return an item, please contact us within (21) days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). A RAN is valid for (14) days and the item returned must be received within (14) day period. Customers are required to pay return shipping charges and are responsible for return shipping. If you return an item that has not been issued an RAN or is after (14) days or the item has been used or otherwise poor/damaged condition, SKY IRIS will not issue you a refund for the product’s cost.
Sale and Clearance Items
All clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cancellation Policy - A customer may attempt to cancel an order within two (2) days of purchase order date. Please contact us as soon as possible with your request. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel the order and you must follow our return procedures.
For many items, we provide fabric swatches and samples. Please contact us if would like any samples. We are here to help you!
Shipping of items that are ordered at the same time may not be packaged together. You will receive individual package tracking for each package shipped.
Please inspect merchandise for any damages that might have occurred during shipping. It is very important to inspect and note any damages upon delivery receipt. Any damage must be recorded on the receipt by the delivery driver otherwise SKY IRIS nor the delivery company will be held liable. Damage not noted on delivery receipt will be determined to be customer damage, and not warranted. You must notify SKY IRIS concerning any visible defects or variances to order details within (4) days or any warranties will not be issued with the manufacturer..
Backorders - In case a product is backordered, we will notify you right away with an estimated ship date. You have the option to cancel a backordered item, if it has not already shipped, by either email at email@example.com or by phone at 231.330.7540.
