Wholesale Designer Fashion Handbag and Throw Pillow Supplier
Sky Iris Collection is a manufacturer and supplier of wholesale fashion handbags and decorative throw pillows. We design and manufacture in small batches in our own studios located in Harbor Springs, Michigan. We specialize in unique designs incorporating beautiful high quality fabrics and embellishments. For retail businesses, we do offer international shipping. There are No minimum order requirements and an easy drop shipping program is available to ecommerce retailers and specialty boutiques.
HOW DO I OPEN A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT?
Wholesale accounts are open to the retail trade only. Please sign up for an account through our website login with your basic information and email email@example.com with your request to open a wholesale account. For e-commerce accounts, please provide us with domain names where SKY IRIS products will be listed. We will promptly process your information into our system. Once your account is authorized, you will be able to login, view products, download images, view wholesale dealer pricing and place orders directly online. Prior to first order processing and shipment, we must receive a copy of your current resale Certificate/TAX ID for your business. MINIMUM OPENING ORDERS AND RE-ORDERS
We love working with retailers of every size and type. You know your business inventory and customer needs, and we don’t believe in opening order minimums or reorder minimums that force you to order more inventory than you need! We’re more than happy to discuss the best products suited to your business.
DROP SHIP PROGRAM
You’ll enjoy our drop shipping program direct to your customers. We are happy to serve both our brick and mortar and e-commerce retailers with an easy drop shipping service, and we do not charge any additional drop ship fees at this time. Simply sign up for a wholesale account. Once authorized, you’ll be able to place orders with wholesale pricing on our website platform. You may download images and product information directly from our website. Please review our general copyright policies. Please remember to update shipping address at checkout to reflect the correct ship to information. Once your order ships, you will receive an automated ship notice with tracking information. We reserve the right to ship Best Way via USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL, F.O.B Harbor Springs, MI 49740. Please make sure that address entries are correct prior to submittal on our website. We do not include invoices with shipments.
PLEASE NOTE MAP POLICY: To be fair to all our retail partners, the minimum advertised price (MAP) must be at or above 2.0 times the wholesale prices listed on our website. Any e-commerce site found in violation of our MAP policy will receive a warning to correct price adjustments. Further violations may result in revoking wholesale status with Sky Iris Collection.
We gladly accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you would like to pay by check, please contact us prior to ordering for authorization. We must receive payment prior to shipment. When placing orders through our website, your credit card is charged at the time the order is processed.
We process your order as soon as possible. You will receive an e-mail notification once the order has been placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any questions. Most items ship in 2-4 days. We will promptly notify you of backorders and delays.
Sale and Clearance Items
All clearance sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you decide to return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your written request within (14) fourteen business days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). A RAN is valid for (10) ten days and the item must be returned within the ten day period. Customers are required to pay return shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee and original ship to charges will be deducted from your refund. If you return an item that has not been issued a RAN, is after return deadlines, or the item has been used or otherwise poor/damaged condition (Tags must be ENTACT), SKY IRIS will not issue you a refund for the product’s cost. Please note that your customers are required to return merchandise directly through retailers. SKY IRIS collection wholesale will not process any consumer returns.
A customer may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase order date for a full refund. We strive to ship your order as soon as possible, sometimes within 24 hours of placing order. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel and you must follow our normal refund procedures.
Fabrics and Finishes
For many items, we provide fabric swatches and samples. Please contact us if would like any samples. We are here to help you!
SKY IRIS COLLECTION website and products include high quality images. However, color variations may vary from computer screen images to actual product. We recommended requesting samples and/or additional color matching information if you have color questions. Note that returns due to color are subject to our normal return policy and not considered a product error. Please note that fabrics and finishes may appear slightly different than product samples due to monitor and/or printing differentiations. Also, fabric and finisher manufacturing processes may include slight differentiations in fabric and finishes swatches and samples.
Please note that our items are handmade and every item is considered unique and may vary slightly from image shown. Sizes are approximate.
Product Damage or Error
If an item arrives damaged, please notify Sky Iris Collection within (72) hours of receiving your order. Please email email@example.com with product damage images and damage description. When your damage request is approved, we promptly re-ship a replacement item. If your order does not arrive with the specifications you selected when ordering, SKY IRIS reserves the right to have the item replaced or reshipped at no additional charge to you. Please contact us immediately.
